Blumio, Inc - San Francisco, CA
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer - 02/2016 to 09/2022
Blumio is a medical device company developing a wearable blood pressure sensor to improve monitoring, diagnosis, and management of heart disease. I co-founded the company, worked collaboratively with the board to formulate the business and product strategy, and led a team to develop a wearable blood pressure sensor.

Blumio was acquired by CardieX (CONNEQT Health) in September 2022.

The World Health Organization (WHO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations responsible for international public health. I was part of the team responsible for the operations of WHO’s public website (www.who.int). During the SARS epidemic in 2003, my team ensured that WHO’s web infrastructure successfully scaled to support a 2,000% increase in web traffic to serve over 14 million visits per day.
